Agent operations

We build your agents. Then we stay to run them.

AgentOps for AI agents, in your own cloud

Agents we run every day are agents we build to last. We watch their work, fix problems early, keep them current as your systems change and report what each one did.

A week of agent operations, in one example. An invoice agent matches supplier invoices all week. On Tuesday a supplier changes its invoice layout: Sidekick’s operations team spots it and adjusts that agent before anyone notices. On Wednesday a new AI model version is tested against that agent’s checks before it moves over. On Thursday its job grows to include credit notes, so its access is reviewed and an accounts payable lead approves that change in Microsoft Teams. On Friday a weekly report lands for that lead: what it did and what it needs. Every change and approval stays on record. All of it runs in your environment, with your keys, and zero bits flow to Sidekick.

Why we stay

We run what we build. So we build it to last.

A demo is easy to build and easy to walk away from. An agent at work needs someone who stays.

Two paths for an agent. One is built for a demo: everyone’s impressed, then your systems change and nobody looks after it. One is an agent we run: built, live, run every day and improving, because we stay after launch.
  1. We live with our choices

Every agent we build, we also run. A shortcut taken today would be our problem tomorrow, so we skip it.

  2. Agents need looking after

Digital AI co-workers need looking after, like any colleague’s work: someone to check it, fix what breaks and help it grow.

  3. One team, start to finish

People who built your agent keep running it. They know why it works, and nothing gets lost in a handover.

What agent operations covers

What running an agent takes.

Everything an agent needs once it’s at work. We look after all of it, for every agent we run.

  • Watch every agent, every day

We follow each agent’s work: what it did, what it’s waiting on and where it got stuck.

    Capability: Agent Observability

  • Fix problems early

When something breaks, we fix it and get work moving again, often before your people notice.

    Capability: Harness Engineering

  • Keep up with change

Your systems, data and AI models keep changing. We adjust each agent as they do, so its work carries on.

  • Check quality at every change

We test each agent before and after every change, against checks agreed with you.

    Capability: Agent Evals

  • Keep costs in check

We track what each agent costs to do its job and cut waste, while holding quality steady.

    Capability: Agent Cost Engineering

  • Review access as jobs change

When a job changes, we review what its agent can reach and which actions wait for a person.

    Capability: Agent Governance

  • Report what each agent did

A regular report for your team: what each agent did, where people stepped in and what it needs next.

  • Help agents get smarter

Every job leaves a lesson for next time. Your experts decide what becomes official knowledge.

  1. Build

We build your agent around its job, with its approvals and checks in place.

  2. Go live

Once it passes checks agreed with you, it starts real work in your Microsoft Teams.

  3. Run every day

We watch its work, fix problems and keep it current as your systems change.

  4. Report and improve

Your team gets a regular report of what it did, and your agent gets better with each job.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is agent operations?

Agent operations, or AgentOps, is everything an AI agent needs once it’s at work: watching its work every day, fixing problems, checking quality after every change, keeping costs in check, reviewing its access as jobs change and reporting what it did. Sidekick builds agents and stays to run them.

Who runs our agents after launch?

We do: we built them, so we stay to run them. We watch their work, fix problems, keep them current and send your team a regular report. Your people approve sensitive actions, and you can stop any agent at any time.

Where do our data and keys live?

In your environment. Your agents run in your cloud, next to your data, and your keys stay with you. No SaaS: zero bits flow to us, and you keep 100% of everything, keys included.

Can our own team run them instead?

Yes. Work with us inside your team, and your people run your agents after handover, with a runbook and a handover session. Or we run them for you, which we recommend: people who built your agents know them best.

How do we start?

With an Agent Test Drive: one job and one digital AI co-worker, live in your Microsoft Teams for a set period, at a fixed size and a fixed price agreed up front. Then keep it running with us, grow it or stop.

Start with one job

Put an agent to work. We’ll stay to run it.

Tell us about one job your team does. We’ll build its agent, run it every day and report what it did.
