Agent Studio

From request to live agent in Microsoft Teams

Business users describe an agent; Agent Studio automates its Microsoft 365 setup and puts it live in Microsoft Teams.

Needs Agent 365 or Microsoft 365 E7 licenses.

At a glance

  1. Describe an agent
  2. Admin steps, automated
  3. Live in Microsoft Teams

How it works

Describe a job. Get a live agent.

How Agent Studio works: a person describes a new agent in a guided form with five steps (purpose, instructions, capabilities, people and review), with AI help drafting its instructions. Approvals go your way: none, one or two approvers, and nobody approves their own request. Agent Studio then sets everything up in Microsoft 365: its own Microsoft Entra identity, its Microsoft 365 account and Agent 365 license, its permissions, with admin approval automated, and its place in Microsoft Teams. It goes live once it runs well. Each request, approval and setup lands in a tamper-evident audit trail you can export.
